When appropriate, we may also offer an opportunity for an in-person meeting to help resolve the issue. We are committed to making every reasonable effort to address and resolve consumer complaints. If a complaint is submitted to us by a State Department of Banking & Finance, it will be reviewed promptly, and a response will be provided to the Department within a few weeks of our receipt.
